Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant – Wisconsin
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Wisconsin

Schedule: Operating room schedule supporting surgical procedures
Highlights:
- Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other technical tasks during surgical procedures
- Work directly with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Utilize advanced surgical equipment including pneumatic tourniquets, electrocautery, and endoscopy systems
- Prepare and organize sterile supplies, instruments, equipment, and drapes for surgical cases
- Support wound closure, drainage system placement, and appropriate wound dressing application
- Collaborative perioperative environment with experienced surgical staff
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Completion of an accredited RN First Assistant (RNFA) program or other recognized first-assisting education program
- BLS certification within 6 months of hire
- 1+ years of related operating room/surgical experience preferred
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
