Job Opportunity – Operating Room Circulator (RN) – Tennessee

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM. Night/weekend call rotation required: 1-2 days per week on rotating schedule. Weekend coverage: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks.
Highlights:
- 10 operating rooms supporting a diverse case mix including orthopedic robotics (Mako System), gynecologic and urologic robotics (Da Vinci Xi), vascular surgery, and general surgery procedures
- Epic EMR experience within the past 18 months is required and must be documented in detail on submission profile
- All patient populations served: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Advanced surgical technology including Mako Robot for joint replacements, Da Vinci robotic system, and Dornier laser for urology cases
- 8-hour orientation provided with ongoing interdisciplinary team support
- One pre-approved time off period available during assignment
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of OR circulator experience required; travel experience required
- PACU experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of total RN experience required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months required and must be clearly documented, including where Epic was utilized
- Proficiency with a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedic, gynecologic, urologic, vascular, and general surgery cases
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
