Experience in facilities and operating rooms of similar size within the last 2 years. Description: This position involves working in the operating room, providing high-quality nursing care. Registered Nurses will assist in preparing patients for surgical procedures and provide post-operative care. The average number of cases per day ranges from 20 to 40 for general surgery. Shifts are scheduled to cover 36 or 40 hours per week based on operational needs. On-call shifts will be assigned weekly, with a required response time of 30 minutes. Weekend shifts will occur every other or every third weekend. The role requires flexibility to float to other surgery teams if qualified. Client-provided scrubs are the standard dress code for this position. Unit-specific orientation will be provided as needed for the role.
