Job Title: Day/Evening Rotating Nurse

Certifications: BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Must-Have:
- Experience in circulating and scrubbing procedures
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, and robotics (Da Vinci) preferred
- Experience in oncology preferred
Description:
The position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
Shifts may include a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to equate to a 40-hour work week.
Call may be required as needed.
Weekends may also be necessary.
Staff typically sign up for call coverage based on a 2-3 week schedule.
This may include evening, night, and weekend shifts.
The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a rotating schedule.
Nurses will assist with both circulating and scrubbing as needed.
Maintaining accurate patient records using the EPIC system is essential.
Effective collaboration with the healthcare team is required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of various surgical procedures, including but not limited to hysterectomies, appendectomies, and robotic surgeries.
Candidates should also possess skills in infection control and patient safety practices.
