Able to function independently in robotic, orthopedic, general, gynecological, urology, bariatric, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma surgeries
Description:
Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine fit.
If clinical screening is passed and meets guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.
The manager will conduct interviews.
Call requirements involve 2-3 calls within a six-week matrix.
Thirty-minute response time is mandatory.
Maximum time off allowed is seven days.
Weekend shifts required within a six-week matrix, including days, evenings, or nights.
Holidays may be assigned as needed and could be day, evening, or night shifts.
Candidates should be able to care for COVID patients.
This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
Must be able to function independently with no need for refresher training in all required specialties.
Additional information includes caring for patients with various diagnoses.
Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from teams such as physical therapy and pharmacy.
The daily patient census ranges from 50 to 60.
This position excludes open heart surgery and neurosurgery.
