KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scrub and circulate for open cardiac, CABG, valve, and aortic procedures
• Coordinate cardiopulmonary bypass management with perfusionist
• Manage haemodynamic monitoring and respond to intraoperative complications
• Maintain sterile field and surgical count compliance
• Complete accurate intraoperative documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Minimum 2 years CVOR scrub and circulator experience
• Open-heart bypass experience required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• CNOR certification
