**Exciting Opportunity for an Operating Room/Surgery Registered Nurse!**

**Schedule & Shift:**
- Work 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
- Start date: ASAP
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide both routine and complex nursing care to patients.
- Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and side effects.
- Document patient history, medications, and care provided.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on healthcare needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
- Current BLS certification via AHA required.
- Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact.
**Additional Details:**
- 1-2 weekend 24-hour call shifts required.
- 1-2 on-call nights per week with charge duties as needed.
- Must be willing to float to main and other departments as needed.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably EPIC, is a plus.
- Dress code provided for all team members.
