- Utilize your clinical expertise to:
- Apply the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Document interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical interventions, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Lead and mentor non-nursing direct care providers within the operating room team.
- Bring your exceptional communication skills to engage with patients, families, and hospital staff to foster a supportive environment.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to create effective nursing care plans.
- Versatile and capable of performing a wide range of professional nursing services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
**Education:**
- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
**Certifications & Licensure:**
- Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
