Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Virginia

Start Date: September 16, 2026 (subject to EPIC training schedule)

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment; specific shift schedule to be determined by manager; on-call requirement of 3-4 shifts every 6 weeks (8 hours each); must be available within 30 minutes of facility

Highlights:

  • Operating Room position supporting trauma, neuro, and ortho spine procedures
  • Level II Trauma Center experience preferred
  • EPIC OP TIME (OR) charting system used; training provided based on experience level
  • 13-week contract with immediate start opportunity

  • Non-billable orientation modules (up to 7 hours) integrated into onboarding

Requirements:

  • Active Virginia RN License or Compact License in hand at time of application (required)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
  • Experience with trauma, neuro, and orthopedic spine procedures preferred
  • EPIC experience required; start date dependent on training class availability
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per CMS guidelines)
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1 - March 31; medical exemptions only)
  • Smoke/nicotine-free workplace compliance required
