Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,504 per week in Tuba City, AZ

Job Title: Clinical Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Valid RN license from any state of residence Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six (6) months of hire - Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) within one (1) year of hire - Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within two (2) years of hire Must-Have: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Two (2) years of clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience Description: The Clinical Nurse provides care for the perioperative patient. The nursing process includes assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning interventions, and evaluation of interventions based on patient outcomes.
