**Job Description:**
- **Position**: Acute RN: OR Circulator
- **Shift**: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours**: 36
- **Call Requirements**: Dependent on staffing; usually involves 3 call days per month
- **Number of Openings**: 1
- **Required Experience**: 1 - 2 years in OR
- **Preferred Skills/Experience**:
- Familiarity with Total hip, knee & shoulder cases
- Experience with Neuro and ortho spine procedures
- Robotics knowledge
- **Primary Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons and the multidisciplinary team
- Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain sterile conditions and support the surgical team
- **Patient Volume**: Handle 10 to 25 cases daily, including:
- Total joints (MAKO robotics for knees & hips)
- Spine (Ortho & Neuro)
- Robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, Urology, General Surgery, and plastics
- **Technology**: Utilize XI DaVinci and Meditech for patient records
- **Team Environment**: Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals including RN, CSTFA, and CST
