Description:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse will work in a state-of-the-art environment.
The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts.
Weekday scheduled shifts may vary in start time.
Night call shifts are required on weekdays.
Weekend scheduled and call shifts may also be necessary.
The role includes working with both pediatric and adult patients.
Key responsibilities involve preparing and assisting in surgical procedures.
A wide variety of surgical cases will be encountered.
The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Infection control is a critical aspect of the role.
The position may require floating to other areas as needed.
All candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in an operating room setting.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Candidates with a strong background in Epic charting will be given priority.
