About the Position

We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in Sidney, Montana. The ideal candidates will have strong OR circulating experience and the ability to provide perioperative nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients.

Candidates must be comfortable working rotating call schedules and providing after-hours Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care during preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia phases.

• Perform OR circulating duties and maintain a safe, organized surgical environment.

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.

• Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and the interdisciplinary surgical team.

• Provide nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients.

• Support PACU coverage as needed, including after-hours call responsibilities.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

• Follow infection-control protocols, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
