The average daily census in the operating room is between 70-80 patients. Patients seen include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. There is a call requirement of 40-60 hours spread over a six-week schedule. All travelers are expected to comply with floating requirements. Clinical experience must include specific surgeries performed in the last three years. Travelers should be able to assist with all necessary procedures within the operating room. The workweek may involve weekend coverage and holiday duties.
