**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Lake Havasu City, AZ
- **Facility:** Community hospital and regional referral center
- **Accreditations:** Joint Commission Accredited, Certified Chest Pain Center, Level Trauma 3
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR)
- **Openings:** 1
**Key Information:**
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Shift Details:** Weekend hours covered by a call team consisting of RN, CSTFA, & CST
- **Call Requirements:** Varies based on staff availability (e.g., 3 days of call for 10 staff in 30 days)
- **Experience Required:** 1 - 2 years
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Patient Ratios:** 10 to 25 cases a day
- **Surgical Focus Areas:**
- Total joints (knee, hip, shoulder)
- Spine, Neuro
- Robotics
- General Surgery, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics
- **Equipment Used:** XI DaVinci Robot
- **Electronic Health Record (EHR) System:** Meditech
- **Supervision:** Barbara Dye
- **Patient Population:** Composed of diverse cases including fractures and elective surgeries
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Must-Have Skills/Experience:** Experience in OR with diverse patient care
- **Personality Fit:** Team-oriented, adaptable, dedicated to patient care
- **Required Education:** Valid RN license
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color:** Standard scrubs
- **Unacceptable Attire:** No casual or non-medical uniforms
