Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN – Texas**Start Date:** 05/25/2026**Location:** Plano, Texas**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Night shift, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM. No call required for night shift. 10 and 12-hour shifts available. Department operates 24/7.Highlights:
  • 1:1 patient ratio in a 23-bed Operating Room
  • Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedic trauma, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and Level 1 trauma procedures
  • EMR: Meditech
  • Supportive night shift team including charge nurse, 2 RNs, 2 surgical techs, anesthesia tech, and OR assistant
  • Night shift position with no on-call requirements
  • Collaborative environment within a large OR team of 85+ staff members
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
  • Operating Room nursing experience required
  • Strong experience in Orthopedics (trauma, total joint, revisions)
  • Proficiency in Neuro/Spine procedures
  • Experience with Robotics (gynecology, colorectal, thoracic, urology)
  • Background in Plastics and Level 1 Trauma preferred
  • BLS/ACLS certifications required
