Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing Epic for comprehensive patient documentation and management. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for orthopedic and neurological patients.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses according to established protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and manage post-operative orthopedic care.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records using Epic.
