TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134!
Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care within a high-volume operating room environment
Rotate between day and night shifts, including weekend assignments
Adapt to variable shift structures: when scheduled for weekends (12-hour shifts), the remaining weekday shifts within that week will be adjusted to 8 or 10 hours to meet contracted weekly hours
Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the department
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
Level I Trauma experience required
Operating Room specialty experience
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and call
Flexibility to work either a 4×10 or 4×12 shift structure depending on scheduling needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center setting
Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties
Strong adaptability to variable scheduling and shift lengths
