- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that comprehensive documentation reflects assessment of patient needs and treatments.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes.
- Deliver clinical interventions with precision, and evaluate patients' responses to treatments.
- Take the lead by assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers in the operating room.
**Skills Required:**
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Capability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
**Education & Certification Requirements:**
- Required Education:
- ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing)
- Preferred Education:
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Required Certifications & Licensure:
- BLS - AHA
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
- ACLS-AHA
- PALS
