Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a high-volume OR environment with 25-35 cases per day across 11 suites
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for a broad range of surgical specialties including Ortho, Neuro, Maxillofacial, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Colo-Rectal, General, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Spine, Podiatry, Thoracic, and Breast
• Support complex surgical cases in Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Complete facility-specific orientation prior to independent practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required - must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles
• Experience in Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics cases required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Familiarity with a wide variety of surgical specialties including Vascular, GYN, Urology, and Plastics
