Job Opportunity - Operating Room Registered Nurse - South Florida

Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating weekends. On-call requirements include 4 calls per 4-week period: 2 weeknight calls (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 2 weekend 24-hour calls, and 1 holiday 24-hour call (when applicable). Patient ratio 3:1.

- Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge RN, clinical coordinator, and support staff on each shift
- EMR system: Meditech
- Equipment includes x-ray, preoperative services, anesthesiology, lab, and EKG capabilities
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license or compact state license
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of current acute Operating Room experience required
- Demonstrated experience in orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement procedures (knee and hip replacements) required
- Must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles across all service lines
- PALS and CNOR certification preferred
- Charge nurse experience preferred
