Job Opportunity - Operating Room Registered Nurse - South Florida

Start Date: August 18, 2026

Location: Miami, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating weekends. On-call requirements include 4 calls per 4-week period: 2 weeknight calls (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 2 weekend 24-hour calls, and 1 holiday 24-hour call (when applicable). Patient ratio 3:1.

  • Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge RN, clinical coordinator, and support staff on each shift
  • EMR system: Meditech
  • Equipment includes x-ray, preoperative services, anesthesiology, lab, and EKG capabilities

Requirements:

  • Active Florida RN license or compact state license
  • ACLS and BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of current acute Operating Room experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement procedures (knee and hip replacements) required
  • Must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles across all service lines
  • PALS and CNOR certification preferred
  • Charge nurse experience preferred
