Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Evening rotating position with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Schedule includes a combination of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts (such as 4x10s, 5x8s, or 2x8s + 2x12s) based on unit needs. Shift times range from 06:30 - 17:00, 06:30 - 19:00, or 10:30 - 20:30. Call coverage as needed (typically 2-3 calls per 4-week schedule period). Weekend coverage required.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and CNOR certifications preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Proficiency (level 3-4) preferred in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GYN, free flaps, and robotic surgery
• Both circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
