Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care in an active operating room environment
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical procedures
Support orthopedic and neurological surgical cases requiring specialized OR competencies
Participate in weekend and weekday on-call rotation (approximately every 4th-5th weekend) as well as one night per week of on-call coverage
Maintain performance standards consistent with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior operating room experience required
Orthopedic surgical experience required
Neurological OR experience required (Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience)
Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule including weekends and weeknights
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a high-acuity or trauma-level surgical environment
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties beyond orthopedics and neurology
