Requirements:
- Active RN License in Texas or Compact State
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred

- Demonstrated competency in clinical nursing practice and patient care management
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing evidence-based practice and the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient response and treatment effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Make appropriate clinical assignments and delegate tasks to support optimal patient outcomes
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
