Requirements:
  • Active RN License in Texas or Compact State

  • Demonstrated competency in clinical nursing practice and patient care management
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing evidence-based practice and the nursing process
  • Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient response and treatment effectiveness
  • Document patient history, symptoms, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Make appropriate clinical assignments and delegate tasks to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
