Prepare patients, equipment, and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, anesthesia, and other OR staff.
Monitor patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Follow infection-control and sterile-technique standards.
Assist with complex and emergency surgical procedures.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of neurological and vascular procedures.
Respond to call assignments as required.
Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and ShiftWizard as required.
