Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Michigan

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with one 12-hour call shift per week; no weekend requirements

Highlights:
  • Level 2 Trauma Center experience required with exposure to multiple specialties
  • Opportunity to work across diverse surgical cases including Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, General/Gynecology, and Urology
  • Leadership role supervising OR team activities and coordinating surgical procedures
  • 13-week contract with potential for extension
  • Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room RN experience required
  • Professional development opportunities through in-services, educational meetings, and continuing education
Requirements:
  • Active Michigan RN License (verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
  • Level 2 Trauma Center experience
  • Proficiency in Orthopedic, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General/Gynecology, and Urology procedures
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current Skills Checklist pertinent to Operating Room specialty (within 1 year)
  • Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
  • Recent travel work experience highly preferred
