TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30301!
Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care within a hospital-based operating room environment
Support surgical procedures across multiple service lines including Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes
Fulfill charge nurse responsibilities as needed within the OR setting
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of OR experience (office surgery experience not applicable)
Charge nurse experience required
BLS and PALS certifications required
Epic EMR proficiency required
Flu vaccination required - no declinations accepted
Must be able to pass a nicotine-free screening in addition to standard drug screen
Completed skills checklist matching OR specialty required at time of submission
Experience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes service lines required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Pediatric OR experience preferred
Ability to scrub preferred, though not required
Prior travel nursing experience
