Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting throughout the night shift
Assist surgical teams by performing scrub and/or circulating duties as required
Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
Maintain a safe, sterile environment in accordance with established surgical protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact license eligibility
Current BLS certification required
Prior experience in an Operating Room setting
Ability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Friday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within the OR
Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
Strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
