Position must end by June 1st. Manager will interview; no pre-screening required. Housing leads available upon request. Travel experience preferred. Travelers work 12-hour shifts on weekends in rotation with staff. Travelers may be asked to work 8-hour shifts during the week in rotation. There are 23 suites in the operating room. The average number of cases per day is approximately 75. A charge nurse is present on all shifts. Self-scheduling is allowed within reason; block scheduling is not guaranteed. Call response time is within 45 minutes. All travelers are required to take the same amount of call as permanent staff. Float requirements are not applicable. Scrub color and dress code is hospital issued. All travelers must meet call expectations as designated by staffing. Cancellation policy is not applicable. Charting system utilized is EPIC.
