Job Opportunity – Surgical Services – Tennessee
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time hours with 1-2 late shifts per week; rotating weekend call
Highlights:
- Work in a 5 OR facility plus 1 Cystoscopy room, typically running 4-5 operating rooms daily
- Primary focus on Orthopedic and Spine procedures with exposure to General, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology, Neuro, ENT, Podiatry, and Robotic services
- Strong staffing model with daily boardrunner, circulator, scrub tech, and first assistant assigned to each room
- Documentation in Meditech EMR system
- Minimal floating – staff typically remain within surgical services departments
- Scrubs provided by the facility
Requirements:
- CST candidates: Active Certified Surgical Technologist certification and BLS required
- RN Circulator candidates: Active Tennessee RN license and BLS required
- Experience with Orthopedic and Spine procedures strongly preferred
- Perioperative experience in multi-specialty surgical services
