The unit has 10 operating rooms and a patient ratio that enables focused attention. Staff will work with a variety of OR equipment. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. The type of patients in this unit includes those undergoing general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, gynecological, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open-heart surgeries. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and be able to adapt to changing situations. Self-starters who are attentive and have the ability to anticipate needs are preferred. Robotics training and experience with vascular or open-heart procedures are a plus but not required. Dress code includes provided scrubs for surgical areas. Candidates may be required to complete educational modules before starting.
