Must-Have:
Two or more years of intraoperative circulating RN experience.
Experience in common surgical cases such as orthopedic, general surgery, urology, and ENT.
Ability to take call as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
Description:
Looking for a qualified OR Circulator RN.
The role involves operating room circulation duties.
Typically, there are 10 to 15 cases per day on weekdays.
Common cases include total joint replacements, laparoscopic surgeries, and cystoscopies.
Must be a fast learner and hardworking.
Scrubbing skills are a bonus, although not required.
Weeknight call coverage is usually one night per week, with occasional additional nights.
Weekend call coverage is generally required every fourth or fifth weekend.
Holiday call coverage may also be needed during the winter holidays.
Response time for call is 30 minutes from the time of the call to arrival.
There is no floating required; the focus will be exclusively on the OR.
Standard blue scrubs will be provided.
Unit-specific orientation will occur on-site with leadership.
