Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – South Carolina

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Call requirements include 5 weeknight shifts (5:00 PM - 6:30 AM) during each 6-week period, plus 3 weekend day shifts (Saturday or Sunday, 24-hour shifts) during each 6-week period.
Highlights:
- Scrub and circulate for operative procedures across various surgical specialties
- Perform department admissions to the operative suite and maintain appropriate aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans
- Prepare operating rooms, assemble equipment and supplies, and ensure all instruments and implants are available and functional
- Serve as communication liaison between patients, families, and operating team members
- Must reside 100 miles or more from the facility location
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved Registered Nurse program (required)
- Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina (required)
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with various specialties (required)
- PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly desired
