**Join Our Dynamic Surgical Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Nashville, TN
- **Unit Name:** Surgery
- **Facility Overview:**
- Number of Beds: 5 ORs, 1 Cysto room
- OR Schedule: Typically run 4-5 ORs a day
- **Unit Staffing:**
- Daily boardrunner
- One circulator
- One scrub
- One FA staffed to each room
- Additional scrub or FA for total joint procedures
- **Equipment and Documentation:**
- Advanced surgical equipment
- Documentation system: Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:**
- Full-time hours
- 1-2 late shifts weekly
- Rotating weekend call
- **Floating Policy:**
- Typically no floating
- Opportunities available in other surgical services during low volume
- **Patient Experience Requirements:**
- Experience with Ortho and spine preferred
- Additional service lines: General, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, robotic
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- CST with scrub technician certification and BLS
- RN Circulator with TN RN license and BLS
- **Advanced Skills Needed:**
- Experience in the listed service lines preferred

- Robotic (Primarily Ortho and spine)
