**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel RN - OR
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Duration:** 13 weeks
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Operating Room Details:**
- 11 state-of-the-art ORs and 1 endoscopy suite
- A dedicated team of 45 skilled staff members
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- **Staff Structure:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 11 RNs, 11 Technicians
- Night Shift: 1 Nurse, 1 Technician
- **Equipment Utilized:**
- Advanced OR equipment including various orthopedic beds and 4 robotic systems
- EMR system: MEDITECH
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
- **Common Procedures Performed:**
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Gynecology
- Trauma
- Neurosurgery
- Spine
- ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat)
- Bariatrics
- **Personality Fit:**
- High energy, motivated, and adaptable
**Key Certifications Required:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
