Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Experience: 2 years of Operating Room experience required
License: RN license required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required - AHA only
Must-Have:
- 2 years or more of OR experience in General Surgery, Cataracts, Robotics, Orthopedics, GYN
- Preferred experience with charting system Cerner
Description:
Days only, 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00.
No scheduled weekends; weekend call required (currently 1 in 4).
Holidays required as needed.
Must have experience in a variety of surgical procedures including but not limited to:
- Abdominal and Vaginal hysterectomy
- Arthroscopy
- C-sections
- Cardiac Monitoring
- Hernia repair
- Prostatectomy
All candidates must meet strict pass/fail testing criteria.
A telemetry exam will be required prior to start.
Passing score must be 80% or higher.
Candidates must have two attempts to pass the exam.
If unsuccessful after two attempts, additional requirements may apply.
Floating may be required as needed.
Candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and adaptability.
