# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Texas
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Cypress, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; one weekday call shift per week; 1:1 patient ratio
Highlights:- 9 operating room suites plus dedicated cystoscopy room with approximately 50 surgical team members
- Diverse case mix including orthopedics (total joint and sports medicine), spine, neuro, vascular, general surgery, bariatrics, robotics, and urology
- Day shift includes free charge RN with all rooms staffed plus 2-3 float teams; night coverage includes multiple teams with staggered schedules
- EMR system: Meditech
- Professional dress code with royal blue scrubs
- Long-term contract starting Fall 2026
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Operating room experience with general surgery and orthopedic procedures required
- Cardiovascular and da Vinci robotic surgery experience preferred
- Strong perioperative skills and ability to adapt to varied surgical specialties
