The team environment is supportive and collaborative. Scrub color is navy, provided by the facility. One night a week on-call shift from 7 PM to 7 AM is required. One 24-hour weekend call shift is required 1 to 2 times per month. Holiday call is also required once per year. Call response time is 30 minutes. The facility manages 5-6 operating rooms a day, with a focus on orthopedic cases. Self-scheduling is not available. There are no floating requirements. Charting is done using the EPIC system.
