Schedule: Day shift, four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with 1-2 call shifts per week

Requirements:
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum 18 months of permanent or travel experience in Vascular Surgery (required)
- Current BLS certification (active at time of submission)
- One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Clear background check and license verification; no open cases accepted
- Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
