The operating room staff includes a charge RN, multiple RNs, techs, and a clinical coordinator. Patient ratios are maintained at 3:1. RNs are responsible for observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care. Ideal candidates will possess excellent critical thinking and multitasking skills. A strong dedication to patient care and an excellent bedside manner are essential. The dress code includes navy blue or royal blue scrubs; surgical-type scrubs are not permitted. Candidates must be able to perform both scrubbing and circulating duties across all service lines. Rotating weekend shifts are possible, along with on-call requirements, including weeknight and weekend calls.
