Description:
This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
The unit consists of 13 operating rooms.
Staffing includes over 81 FTEs.
The environment is a Trauma II facility with 24-hour staffing.
Day shift typically includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters.
Night shift staffing and patient ratios vary.
Equipment includes EMR systems such as EPIC.
Typical procedures performed exclude LVADS, transplants, and patients under 14 years of age.
Candidates with vascular experience will be prioritized.
Flexibility is important for success in this role.
Call shifts may range from 3 to 6 per month.
