Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care across all surgical service lines in the operating room
Fulfill on-call obligations during nights and weekends as required based on staffing needs
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process
Adapt to varying surgical specialties and service line demands within the OR setting
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Ohio or a compact license
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work across all surgical service lines
Availability for night and weekend call as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a high-volume operating room environment
Familiarity with multiple surgical specialties and service lines
Experience managing on-call responsibilities in a surgical setting
