Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates the patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment within the scope of the job.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must take call and work holidays if needed.
