Key Responsibilities- Perform circulating duties in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and procedural compliance throughout surgical cases
- Perform scrub duties, providing direct instrumentation support to the surgical team
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed within the OR setting
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to maintain an efficient and safe surgical environment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles in a general OR setting
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience across multiple surgical service lines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced OR environment
