Key Responsibilities
Perform circulating duties in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and procedural compliance throughout surgical cases
Perform scrub duties, providing direct instrumentation support to the surgical team
Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed within the OR setting
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to maintain an efficient and safe surgical environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
Experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles in a general OR setting
Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience across multiple surgical service lines
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced OR environment
