Job Description - **Position Type:** Travel Nurse - **Schedule:** 6:30 AM - 3 PM - **Duration:** 13 Weeks **Unit Overview:** - **Number of Beds:** 9 OR suites + dedicated cysto room - **Staff Composition:** 50 skilled professionals - **Day Shift Staffing:** Free Charge RN, all rooms staffed plus 2-3 float teams - **Night Shift Staffing:** Multiple teams until 5 PM, 2-3 teams until 7 PM, 1 team from 3 PM - 11 PM - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 care for optimal patient experience - **EMR System:** Meditech **Essential Skills Required:** - **Must Have:** - General Surgery experience - Orthopedic experience - **Preferred Skills:** - Cardiovascular (CV) experience - Da Vinci robotic system experience **Procedures Performed:** - Orthopedic (totals and sports medicine) - Spine - Neuro - Vascular - General surgery - Bariatrics - Robotics - Urology **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Positive attitude - Team-oriented - Strong communicator **Certifications Needed:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) **Additional Info:** - **Floating Areas:** Not applicable - **Dress Code:** Royal blue scrubs - **Weekends & On-call Responsibilities:** One weekday call shift per week **Experience Requirement:** - Minimum of 1 year in the relevant field Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
