They ensure patients are recovering or prepared by providing information on the outcomes or potential outcomes of procedures. Operating Room Nurses are vital in the surgical team, collaborating effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical personnel. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to patient needs during critical moments. Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. There will be 1–2 weekend days of call required per 13-week period.
