Schedule: Multiple shifts available, Full Time

Requirements:

• Active RN License in the state of Texas or valid Compact license
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association only) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Scope and Standards of Practice
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols while monitoring patient response
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide patient and family education
• Make appropriate care assignments and delegate tasks to support optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate leadership competencies appropriate to clinical role
