Description:
This is a sensitive unit that requires careful consideration of candidate qualifications.
Candidates must have a validated background in the required service lines.
The unit offers a variety of surgical specialties including Bariatrics, Urology, Client, ENT, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics.
Holidays are strictly monitored, and no holiday requests will be approved.
There is a maximum of 7 days of requested time off during the contract.
Compliance with all requirements is mandatory for timely onboarding.
Clinical screening will be conducted to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
Candidates without the required skills in Transplant, General Surgery, Client, and Orthopedics will not be screened.
Floating within the facility and to outpatient services may be required.
Weekend and call schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
This role involves working primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations.
Candidates should prepare to engage in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Team collaboration with various support services is essential.
