Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in a main OR environment - both skills are required
• Support surgical cases across multiple specialties including General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal
• Operate within a 16-room OR suite with an average daily census of 35 patients
• Utilize facility systems including Epic, Pyxis, and dual Da Vinci XI robotic platforms
• Fulfill call obligations including weekday night call and weekend call shifts as scheduled within an 8-week rotation
• Work assigned major holidays per facility policy; holiday expectations are based on the number of holidays falling within the assignment period

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of OR experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Experience with both circulating and scrubbing is mandatory
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission - no schedule requests accepted post-offer or on-site
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, particularly Da Vinci XI systems
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication management systems
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties (Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Vascular, Colorectal, or Urology)
